We believe this year's Conference Program contains much of interest to everyone. Registered spouses and guests are urged to attend any and all seminars. You will be most welcome. The DAY Registration is available to members only.

General Conference Information

Meals for Conference Registrants staying at the Sea Crest:

Your room rate for each night at the Sea Crest includes your evening meal and breakfast.  A ticket for Monday’s lunch (cook-out) and one for Tuesday’s lunch (delicatessen) will be included in your MCTA registration packet.


Meals for Conference Registrants not staying at the Sea Crest and DAY Conference Registrants:

Tickets for Hotel Meals*:
Breakfasts: $14.00  
Monday Evening Dinner: $34.00 Choose: ___ Salmon   ___ Steak   ___ Lobster ($22.50 additional)

Tickets for the lunches are to be obtained only at the MCTA Registration Desk.


Conference Registration Fees

1. Association Member - Individual (who has paid Fiscal year 2007 dues) $40.00 per person
2. Associate Member - Business Concern (Any individual attending from such concern) $40.00 per person
3. Associate Member - Retired $30.00 per person
4. Non-Member (any individual who has not paid Fiscal year 2007 dues to this Association) $60.00 per person
5. Social Guest of 1, 2, 3 or 4  (spouse or other relative)
Note: Staff personnel and employees of members, who do not pay dues individually to this Association, do not qualify as social guests. They must pay the category 4 fee.
$20.00 per person
6. DAY Conference Registrant  (no meals included) $15.00 pp Monday or Tuesday, FREE Wednesday

Program sessions are open only to those who register for the Conference, either as FULL Conference Registrants or DAY Conference Registrants.   Registration fees must be paid in advance.  An additional late fee of $10.00 per person will be assessed to those registering during Conference days.  Members suspended for non-payment of dues are required to pay non-member registration fees. 

Prior to dinner each evening there will be a cash bar reception hour with fancy hors d'oeuvres.  Only Conference registrants will be admitted to the Receptions.  Your Name Badge is your ticket for admission to the Receptions.

When you check in at the Association Registration Desk in the hotel lobby, you will receive a registration packet. The packet will contain your Conference Badge, luncheon tickets if applicable, and other material.  The Conference badge is your ticket of admission to all business sessions and pre-dinner reception hours.  No one will be admitted to these events without displaying a Conference badge.

If you have not sent in your Sea Crest reservation and deposit already, we suggest you telephone them before sending anything.  Our reserved block of rooms is nearly sold out and the few remaining rooms will be held only until May 13th.  If you need another copy of the Sea Crest reservation form that was mailed to you in January, e-mail or fax the MCTA office, or download the form.
